Hanging with the monkeys
The highlight of today’s breakfast was the visit of these howler monkeys - one of them is a male!

They had woken us up at 5am - they are called ‘howler’ for a reason, but completely forgiven.
I was booked into the 10.30 am canopy adventure and my walk went past some of the zip wires - not nervous at all...

Rusty managed to get as far as the far edge of the first platform purely for photography purposes!

It was a fun but mildly terrifying experience with 5 zip lines, a Tarzan swing (my favourite), a pendulum cable, 3 via ferrata and a hanging bridge (weirdly I hated the bridge).

I then trotted off for one of my random hikes attempting not to get too lost or too hot.

I’m very chuffed with myself for doing it but the afternoon consisted of a long lie down!
